Successful Online Job Fair with Uzbek Candidates from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan
On 20 August 2026, the Foundation for Access to Rights (FAR) organized a specialized online job fair, aimed specifically at Uzbek jobseekers from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan seeking opportunities for legal employment in Bulgaria.
The event consisted of two main parts. It opened with a dedicated information session for candidates led by Dr. Valeria Ilareva — a recognized expert in migration law and labour migration — who explained, in clear and accessible language, the procedures, timelines, fees and rights related to legal employment in Bulgaria, including the upcoming labour migration agreement between Bulgaria and Uzbekistan. Throughout the session, communication in Uzbek was supported by professional interpretation provided by Zahid Mavlyanov, co-founder of FAR, ensuring that the information reached every participant clearly and accurately.
In the second part of the event, representatives of three Bulgarian companies took the floor to present their open positions directly to the candidates. We sincerely thank our partners for their trust and active participation!
